Where should I take my pictures?
There are so many great locations throughout
the Stillwater area.
I have used many different locations, so I
can offer suggestions. My favorites are the Botanic Gardens, Theta Pond and
other campus spots, and various parks throughout the area. We will find a place
that works for you!
What should I wear to my pictures?
I got asked this question so much I posted
about it! Look here. Wear what makes
you feel comfortable. If you hate wearing a dress or suit, don't wear them! The
last thing you want to do is see the pictures and think, "That doesn't
look like me!". If you are doing a large family, pick two-three colors and
have everyone pick one color. Or everyone can wear a different color. Bright
colors really pop! You can look at my blog to see examples of great color
schemes!
How are your newborn pictures done?
Newborn pictures are typically taken within the first 10 days of life, and are taken in your home using window light. Contact me for more details.
How long until I receive my pictures?
You will see a sneak peek on my Facebook page as
early as the next day. Your CD will be ready for pick up usually the next week!
(In the photography world, this is super fast!)
Wait a minute, I thought you lived in Dallas! Where are you
now?
I used to live in Allen, which is north of
Dallas. In March 2012, we moved to Stillwater, Oklahoma. However, don't panic.
I come back to Dallas frequently to visit our friends, and of course, take
pictures. The next available date is Oct 12, 2013. Email me if you want to
book a session on that date! But, please keep in mind I do fill up quickly.
Can I bring the family dog?
Yes! I take a lot of family pictures with
dog(s). I love dogs, so I am very open to you bringing your dog along. I've
found it is easiest for most parents and couples if we do several with the
dog(s) and then put them in the car or tie them up and do a few without them.
Bringing treats and squeaky toys doesn't hurt!
